Food Fight??

Food Fight is a notepad and it’s messy! Tear a sheet from the pad, scrunch it into a ball, ready… fight! Imagineered by Trapped in Suburbia, the Hague, NL.

_______

Turn your notes into a ball of spaghetti, cake or fries and launch them across the room to create the ultimate food fight.

_______

Food fight ain’t your thing? Play More crumples into sport balls!

Petite Pomme

Petite Pomme! which translates to ‘small apple’ and in this specific case – to the photography of Miriam Lindthaler who is located in Hamburg, DE.

_______

Her portfolio is overflowing with bubbly, vibrant, fresh, having fun in the moment kiddos! She is soooo good! Don’t look staged at all.

Quite a feat in my book.

Ibán Ramón

Ibán Ramón, based in Valencia, Spain, is a graphic designer who has a deep passion for photography. He shoots deserted, uncanny landscapes and sometimes derelict artefacts. Most often – shrouded in a thick fog.

Curiosity is essential

3 Ways embracing curiosity can change your life by Warren Berger

_______

Penchant for wondering and questioning has consistently led him to new ideas and fresh opportunities, while also helping him to overcome fears, broaden his thinking, and become a better manager of others.

The most successful ones to be people of wide-ranging curiosity who also knew when and how to narrow their focus, channeling their curiosity in a particularly promising direction.

1. Use curiosity to broaden your horizons and discover new possibilities.
2. Use curiosity as a self-motivating force.
3. Use curiosity to inspire and lead others.

_______

I am a ‘why’ person – to the point of annoyance. If something catches my attention – I will research till I understand – make sense of it – validate or infirm previous assumptions or just defeat my ignorance.

I never take anything I think for granted – I am always ready to revisit previous opinions. As a mentor once said: ‘You are ignorant, till you ask the question.’

Curiosity is essential to creativity.

ADearFriend (indeed!)

A really rare quality – altho in my eyes – a very necessary one – is the ability as creatives for reinvention. Pushing + expanding the scope of our skills is a given – but what about doing same to expand our design vision?

_______

Chris Ro + ADearFriend studio do it. And the results – proof – that originality just reached another sphere.

His 3rd portfolio review.

Being imaginative??

How to build your imagination by Tanner Christensen

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”
— Albert Einstein

_______

A crucial aspect of creative thinking is the capacity to imagine.

What fuels imagination is everything we already know.

Build knowledge and gain new understandings of the world.

Remain powerfully curious about that knowledge.

Imagining the improbable.

Glitchi + privacy

Glitchi was created to take back our privacy by sending encrypted messages on iPhone.

_______

Created to defeat that every time we download an app, we have to accept their privacy terms, and agree to give up part of our freedom.

Kacper Kowalski

Aerial photography of earth treasures and natural disasters that look more like art canvases than traumatizing realities.

Shot by supra talented pilot-photographer Kacper Kowalski.
