Rebeca Méndez is an artist living in Los Angeles working with various media to explore the forces of nature modulated through technology.
Some of her work is incredibly abstract while some other include exploring naturalistic settings and the passage of human presence. Her applied art as environmental signage is very nice.
What can greyscale interfaces do to be striking? What happens if you couple it with flash? Here are two wonderful examples:
