Susanna Vento is a decorating editor – interior & prop styling – set design – interior design and her staggering portfolio is proof that she has an eye that unflawlessly creates superb staging, product vignettes and interior spaces.
What talent she has!
I’m always on the lookout for inspiring interior spaces. Why? Because they rejuvenate and stimulate how I perceive – as a designer – laying out – the art of using space in a 2d environment. Of course I have a preference for large minimalist rooms w/ touches of memorable furniture and accessories and crammed w/ designy stuff working spaces.
What it teaches me is the relation between forms – shapes – colors and how their arrangement take advantage of challenging spaces.
Have you ever consider doing so?

Karim Rashid is an industrial design master. Prolific and eccentric he has his hands in many many pies. Hotel and interior design. Furniture design. Home / work accessories. Music. Books. Illustration. Name it. The list is long – and not about to get any shorter.
Get something to drink. Lots to see in his portfolio.

Love this quote:
“I don’t believe in r+r. I believe in using the mind always, exercising it. I exercise the body six days a week, and the soul. With perfect balance and harmony you automatically have r+r always and a stress-free existence.”
