Stunning 3d illustrations and character designs by Erwin Kho who never ceases to amaze me. The characters are spirited and fit right into the brief. Pay attention to the difference in emotional communications from the two following projects. One: happy-go-lucky. Two: anonymously-serious. What a feat.

He is like a director. You sense there is a very real script behind all he does and what we get to see, is the capturing of a precise moment. The scene was carefully picked.
The richness of every project is based on human likeness… something that we can all relate to, without further explanations. We have ‘seen’ these before.
Each of his projects tells a story. It fires us. We recognize the analogies, the facial expressions, we understand, we see ourselves at one time or another of our life.
I don’t think I have seen yet character illustration and 3D figurines with such intense emotional presence.

Corriette Schoenaerts is based in Netherlands, primarily a photographer who has two evident passions. Mix media installations and typography – which projects – she stages and shoots herself.

There are kidz photographers and then, there is Jason Lee. He has captured through the years in such an extraordinary luscious candid imaginative anyway possible his two daughters. These two mischevious enthusiastic models – who, it turns out are total cuties, are also consumate comedians.
The props and staging are fantastic.

I got miniature little people on my mind today because I just ordered a bunch of them for our upcoming wedding party.
Liliput scenes will appear around our studio as well as incorporated in the jewel boxing design which will contain our video invite – voted to be done in a single take – so expect bloopers – and a few pre-demo songs as a gift to our guests.
