YiYing grew up in Taiwan, was strongly under the influence of Japanese culture and cartoon and now residing in London, has created the Noodoll hub full of fluffy characters; am currently falling head of heels for Riceroom :))

Discover the ‘paper’ toyz designed by Shin Tanaka, an xtra talented.. toy designer. Hardly believable that these are cut, glued and assembled. The intricacy of patterns and seamless details make me scratch my head in awe. How does one envision something like this?

Although all these vinyl (boy?) toys are currently sold out the Project Squadt serie is mocking war as well as fascination with arms and a reminder that peace is sooo much better.
