Boy meets Girl self-promo animation by extra talented Ben Mounsey who is an illustrator based in London. The simplicity of the characters, storyboard and script.. gave me a big large smile. So elegantly drawn, he has mastered his style.

Anatomy of a Computer Virus by Patrick Clair. An infographic dissecting the nature and ramifications of Stuxnet, the first weapon made entirely out of code. This was produced for Australian TV program HungryBeast on Australia’s ABC1.

This is chilling me to the bones.
Resonance = 20 motion designers (studios) + 11 sound designers to explore the relationship between geometry and audio = A-A-A-mazing! Evidently there are loads of blurb blobbing mass of something wet sticky or plastified all animated and loads of spikes shiny reflective or not, galatactiky or earthly but such were the constraints.. you know the ‘geometry’ part.
Shows how ‘soundscapes’ influence and make for a big portion of our perception of a film.
Spectacular! What a great initiative.

What a strange and original way to express how ‘creativity’ stems from within us. Extremely well done storyboard, motion and editing. Luv the contrasting Art Nouveau like typography over the organic bubbling wiggling shapes. Texturing and 3D fx are fantastic.
