Welcome back 2004 via Freaky Facets. No clue of how ‘edgy’ design looked like then? Hit the work section. Wowie these days are sooo gone. Cool little dude though.

What happens if you build your website that is so task intensive, requiring too much of your puter resources that original intention is defeated? I think Kenjiro Harigai idea was probably to offer a quick-view portfolio. But the constant animated scrolling, should have been provide an on/off option, and the poorly lit navigation makes it hard to have a good experience.

You know how much I luv colors and circles, Monens website is using so as navigation and content transitions. The circles also serve as hot spots on products to get more info. Nice! Oh and their products pictures are fantastic.

Titled explore the art of simplicity, Buro Destruct Designer iPhone app is a little marvel as playful as useful (luv the little shaking sound that reloads a different starting graphic. The commands are a bit hard to decipher at first and quite extensive considering it is used on a mobile and you can draw with your fingers to alter forms.

_______
Sending yourself created image(s) neatly arrives in a html format complete with the RGB + HEX + CMYK color code. Nice!
You can even download a screensaver software if so incline.

Now I don’t know if the font on Aurèle Sack index is Comic Sans which would be a pity wouldn’t and a first, at least for me, to actually give it props.. The sheer humongous size of the letters is well.. very-very-very big and make quite a first impression.
What I want to attract your attention to (click the work link) is the slider at the bottom that lets you cruise his portfolio per project per year, whereas you can quick glance and stop where you want.
Huh! That’s smart.

Hilarious, LOVE agency decided that they were going to use a creative metaphor to build their website interface. How about Powerpoint like functionalities? Now that is too funny (and witty). No kidding, the (infamous) transitions are identical and arrow based nav is just as it.
Now that’s original!
